Welcome to Absolute Therapeutic Massage, where your therapeutic goals are mine also. My name is Fred Pollard and have been a nationally certified, practicing massage therapist since 1999. The majority of my clients come to me for sub acute and chronic pain relief.

 I practice a combination of massage modalities to fit your needs. From deep tissue, relaxation, muscular and structural balancing. I use traction { gentle passive stretching }for the purpose of decompressing spinal and cranial components of the Central nervous system.

I use neuromuscular therapy to treat spastic muscles and myofascial release for contracted connective and scar tissue.

 Also available is a restricted environment, Epsom salt saturated water, float tank, which is heated to body { nuetral } temperature and contained in a roomy,  sound proof chamber.
 
This is popular for de-stressing, muscle strain recovery and meditation. The water is purified by ionization and processed after each float.
